Job Description:To hire the resource as per the requirement of the business within stipulated timelines using sources such as consultants, job portals, campuses, references etc Partner with hiring managers to identify key recruiting needs and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent Produce status report indicating recruiting activity, costs, and job-seeker status. Formulate, implement and improve functional and company policies and procedures to make sure that operational excellence and positive staff experience. Monitor adherence to rules,regulations and procedures. Maintain a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to provide accurate and timely information related to staff at all times. Prepare and provide analytics and analyses on key Human Resource metrics to management and relevant stakeholders. Oversee payroll processing making sure that utmost accuracy and timeliness. To keep-up Statutory records and compliance related to IR/labour laws at branches and to resolve the queries related to labour officer/regional level. To manage and facilitate the Target setting and annual appraisal process in collaboration with Management, business and functional heads end to end and to address and resolve the appraisal grievances. Resolving grievances related to appraisals To manage the performance of cases highlighted by Managers or triggered through Branch Performance reviews Handling PIPs and IDPs Triggere to design & amp amp review required KPIs by process mapping Establish and keep-up appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development. Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and make sure that outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.
