Job Description:Distributor Interaction Handle walk in Distributors and Customers Respond promptly to Distributor inquiries and resolve their complaints Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Should be thorough in the DMS module, Compensation plan and product knowledge Should do proper Distributor verifications before giving any information Should follow up with KBB/PC for the pending KYC documents. Guide Distributors in processing orders, forms, applications and requests like product return, changing PC ID to KBB ID, updating of KYC documents etc., Guide Distributors for attending meetings Explain the ongoing promotional policies to the Distributors and handle queries pertaining to the same. Record Maintenance Keep records of the Distributor interactions in the CRM module Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and the final action taken Communicate and coordinate with internal divisions Record of distributors walking into the Branches & amp amp for the meetings Proper filing of requests received at Branches after inputting it in the system. Admin Activities To make sure that the Distributor Service area is neat and tidy. Maintain enough stock of Stationary in the Branch Training room to be always well equipped for training. Posters to be put for the new product launches, ongoing promotional policies at the appropriate places in the Branch for better visibility. Crowd management during month-end and meeting days. Communication skills - verbal and written Proactive in grasp queries and providing right solutions Problem analysis and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Passion for customer service
