Job Description:1.Assist MS in the effective and practical implementation of various processes and policies. 2.Coordination between MS office and other divisions during non-availability of Medical Superintendent. 3.To provide feedback on Medical service to the MS. 4.To explore the possibilities of research work and coordinate in pursuing the research activities in various divisions. 5.To explore the possibilities and facilitate in initiating DNB programmes in various specialties and super specialties 6.Interface between medical services and various divisions like business development, legal services, billing, IT, and provide medical/expert inputs for seemless functioning of the other divisions. 7.MIS reporting (daily, weekly & monthly basis) including data collection & analysis. 8.To prepare duty roster 9.Optimal utilization of resources in the core areas of concern. 10.Make sure that divisional standards / protocols are met, keep-uped and reviewed 15.To design and redesign various procedures and process in coordination with MS to bring in higher levels of efficiency in medical care and other systems. 16.To make sure that adequate documentation of medical records 17.Coordination with various divisions for Maintenance, repair, and new equipment/spare parts procurements, Purchase and procurement of new drugs/Consumables. 18.Communicate, cooperate and perform related duties with other co-workers in the divisions and in other divisions in a courteous and efficient manner to achieve overall hospital goals and objectives. 19.Be in charge of making sure that the divisional equipments and work area are kept in above-average working order to make sure that patient and operator safety. 20.Coordinate and participate in periodic physical inventory of supply. Make sure that stock levels are adequately keep-uped. 21.To make sure that divisional standards / protocols are met, keep-uped and reviewed.
