1. Taking care of day to day administration activities of the organization.
2. Assisting Senior, helping in daily activities like conducting interviews, maintaining files etc.
3. Effective management of front office activities like receiving and making office calls, drafting letters, mails, quotations and all filing and record maintenance work.
4. Coordination and follow up with Sales team and distributors.
5. Managing Databases and MIS
6. Assist with miscellaneous errand and tasks as needed.
MS office (Excel in particular will be an added advantage)
