Reporting to- Business Unit Head (Interventional Cardiology)

Reportees- 1 Product Manager & 1 Marketing Communication Manager (Already in place)

Years of experience- 7-10 years work experience in Medical Devices/Pharma. Candidate must have a background in Cardiology.

 Education - MBA with a specialization in Marketing from a Premier Business School Experience in Marketing including Man-Management experience.

Job Description:

Plan & Strategize

  • Understand market environment and assess implications on product sales and priorities
  • Understand the global and national organizational goals and plan the marketing strategies in line with the same.
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze, interpret the findings.
  • Formulate marketing objectives, policies and programmes.
  • Define budgets for the marketing function to optimize resource allocation and also administer the Division's Marketing Operations budget.
  • Communicate the Plan to the Product Management and sales team
  • Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans with the Team of Product Managers
  • Supervise the planning/preparation/development of company marketing communication materials.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range marketing goals, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Liaise with advertising and marketing agencies and market research houses.
  • Make monthly report and presenting it to the director or VP of the company
  • Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with legal requirements with regards to the marketing assignments
  • Maintain and build professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders of the company

 People Management

  • Manage and Develop Product Management Team                                                 
  • Focus on co-ordinated activities between the Marketing and Sales Team for achievement of Organizational objectives.                       
  • Define Individual Objectives for the Product Team.
