Job Description:NOTE:It is only for the people who is having experience into manufacturing industry..and only for people between 1-3years of experience. Role: Assistant Manager Finance External Manufacturing Operations Role Band: R1 Reporting To: Associate Director - Finance Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Serve as single point of contact for all the finance related requirements of the CTO External Manufacturing Operations. Review of SBP (Strategic Business Partners) Cost Sheets prior to PO release. Monitoring the Payables and receivables (AP & AR adjustments) of SBP Partners. Preparation of LL Plants (Loan Licence) Cost Sheets and review of LL products Yields. Validation of make or outsource decisions. Review of LL and SBP Agreements. Overview of pre-audit of bills to make sure that proper accounting and payment process. Conducting / monitoring Stock Audits at LL & SBP Plants and making sure that the proper accounting of the stock differences. Meet the audit requirements like Statutory, Sox, Cost Audit, Stock Audit and internal audits. Computation & keep track of the PACE improvements happening at the External Manufacturing Locations and provide highlights for review meetings. Make sure that set process notes / SOPs being followed and identify control gaps, Track DoA Violations, Develop and review process notes in coordination with central finance team Operating Network: Internal: GMO Costing Team, Sox & Internal Auditors, External Manufacturing Operations Team, CTO SCM & CTO Planning Teams. External: Statutory & Cost Auditors, SBP & LL Partners as and when required. Educational & Experience: A professionally qualified (CA/CMA) with at least 2 years of experience. Key Personal Attributes: Networking and Communication skills Presentation skills Ability to observe and analysis Ability to summarize observation and reporting Fundamental and Conceptual knowledge of accounting Knowledge of company accounting policies and manuals Knowledge of relevant process notes and SOPs Knowledge of IT tools and resources such as SAP/ MS office
