The Role & DUTIES Occupational Health Programs Are Provided by The Global Integrated HealthServices (IHS) Organization. IHS Services Include Occupational Health(Pre- Placement Exams, Health Surveillance, And Fitness for Duty), AbsenceManagement, International Business Travel Preparation & Support, Wellnessand Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Reporting to The Global MedicalDirector, This Is an Important Role to Support Business Development in TheseGrowing Markets Which Include Areas with Endemic Disease and Developing HealthInfrastructure. Key Tasks for The Asia Pacific Region (AP): Management and oversight of internal IHS staffand outsourced occupational health provision Vendor management: Sourcing vendors, managevendor relationships, goal setting, guidance on standards and guideline andhealth programs Implementation, oversight and management ofHealth Services Delivery Make sure that agreed objectives and KPIs are met As part of the Global Health Team make recommendations on how to improve servicedelivery, streamline service, update policies, processes and procedures, be theglobal lead on defined specialist topics. Supported by occupational health nurses, thisnew role will also provide occupational health support to employees in theHyderabad Office and nearby locations, providing the full range of IHSservices, health surveillance, sickness absence and wellbeing programs. Provideadvice and consultation to senior management and the organization in thedevelopment, implementation and administration of Health, regulatoryrequirements, policies and procedures and the Health infrastructure. Develop, gain approval for and sell the vision for Health programs and plans managerisk through shared vision with business leaders.
