Job Description:PositionTerritory Sales Lead Reporting toArea Sales Managers Job Location: Kurnool, Ongole Compliance on the product stewardship guidelines and educating the MA team and Channel partners Drive awareness of counterfeits issues at channel level Lead sales activities in their region and working closely with Super distributors sales team for achievement of business plans Make sure that grasp of the business objectives and trade strategies to effectively execute in their regions Sales planning of all distributors with high level focus on 80% Revenue contributing distributors Achieve the budgeted sales revenue for the region as per plan- month wise, quarter wise and Year Support RBM in effective sales forecasting for the period of 12 months in line with the business plans and driving results to meet forecast accuracy guidelines Managing Channel Relationship programs like Red Club effectively and implementing all the CRM programs In charge of meeting the Red Club ETQR targets set for all territories in the region Responsible to make sure that sales are registered and validated in RC portal at all levels on monthly basis Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region Responsible to plan and strategize SIO territory wise sales plan for the year Make sure that achievement of Accounts receivables & Collections targets as per due dates across all territories Drive Frequent visits to the top performing Channel partners including Red club members across all territories Drive market penetration across all territories in the region Provide guidance and support to team to address on any major issues on Make sure that 100% customer balance sign off on the portal as per policy for each territory in the region Tracking distributors/RC Members performance against targets and making sure that 100% achievement of POs Make sure that that SD team communicates Price & scheme details timely to channel Make sure that proper communication and documentation of Stock returns to SD, seeking approval in time and making sure that that all stock return are made with full documentation Make sure that timely submission of all documents related to Distributor appointments, Channel Finance etc. Make sure that keep-uping records of PC license and make sure that that SIOs have handed them to all RC members Participate in Monthly Business Meetings of the region and demonstrate progress and planning for the upcoming period Periodic Review of Distributor profile across the territory In-depth grasp of the hygiene of the distributor business conduct and timely highlight any concern areas with the leadership. Reviewing all new proposals for distributor appointments, post which seek approval of Regional Business Manager for final appointment Market IntelligenceDevelop grasp of competitive landscape and providing insights to the leadership Keeping track of new product launches of Competitors and provide strategic insights to the leadership Timely reporting of counterfeit issues or any stewardship issues at market place to the leadership Monitoring and providing guidance to the Sales team of Super Distributors by working closely with them and providing on the job training and drive effective execution Lead Monthly Sales & Marketing Meetings- Review Performance of Sales, Collections, RC performance & Plan corrective actions with Sales & Marketing team in their region Managing Productivity of respective SD Sales team in the region- Periodic assessment and evaluation of performance Coordinate with concerned SD to make sure that resources are on board as per plan across the year in timely manner Execution of the R& RA programs in the region Identify training needs and make sure that Training to SIOs (Technical/Job Skills) Make sure that all team members adhere and updating activities timely on the RC App Make sure that the team follows reporting discipline with TERs, Fortnightly reports, Market Information & other data requirements etc. Responsible to do liaison with Ag Dept. officials (eg. Plant Protection Officer, Chief Agriculture officer, DDA etc.) Support product launches at trade level in the region in coordination with the concerned marketing leads under the guidance of RBM Participate in important demand generation activities on need basis like big farmers meetings, field days etc. Working in close harmony with the market development team in his territory Working closely with SD team Education Qualification & Years of Experience required : BSC agri or MSC agri or MBA in agri business Management with 4 -6 years experience in sales preferably in pesticides Work Experience in relevant markets with knowledge of local language is preferred Supervisory Skills- Able to Manage a team of 5-7 members Key Skills & Competencies:Expected to have computer proficiency like email, excel, word, power point etc. Should possess a valid Four Wheeler driving license Building sustainable customer relationships Team work / collaboration Communicating with impact Analysis & Judgement Engagement Managing for productivity Business acumen Coaching Championing change Driving for results Mobilizing resources
