Preparation of annual budget.
To work on specific strategies to offset budget variance if any, to enhance revenue and control costs.
To work on a mechanism to monitor the deviations with reference to patient service standards and delivery time.
To be responsible for delivering a high standard of holistic care to patients, promoting their equality and dignity at all times.
To coordinate with Chairman’s and MD’s Office and Manager IP Services for all VIP visits in the OP Services.
To guide the patients to the respective consultation suite / investigation area / Office and hand over the responsibility to the concerned area Executive / In charge for further follow-up of the patient.
In case of investigation carried out, to co-ordinate collection of all reports from the concerned department executives and personally hand over to the patient for the review.
To take advise from Chairman and MD’s Office/Manager-Billing Services in case of billing instructions or follow-up/review of the patient.
To personally usher when the patient leaves the hospital after the completion of all investigations/consultation.
