Job Description:We are looking for job-seekers who are qualified Pharmacist ( its mandatory in that country) Job Description : He will be heading the sales function and play the role of a catalyst and galvanize /build a team of strong field force to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the Generic Business . He would be instrumental in assisting the management in setting performance /hygiene standards and benchmarks, a healthy work culture in the team essential to achieve the ambitious growth objectives of the business Key Responsibilities : 1. Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives 2. Make sure that efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase sales 3. Collections/Management of accounts receivables 4. Management of promotional budgets and costs 5. Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control 6.
