1) Need to manage the existing KEY ACCOUNTS business in Eastern Region 

2) To achieve / exceed annual sales targets

3) Extensive travel to meet and develop contacts at all relevant levels and functions related to Primary Metal Industries, Steel OEMS & Engineering consultants

4) Do value selling by identifying the needs, establishing performance v/s cost benefit analysis.

5) Sales Forecasting, Competition Analysis, and continuously improving customer’s satisfaction level.

6) Coordinate with steel OEMS & Engineering Consultants for writing the specs and get necessary approvals.

7) Develop market / customers by increasing penetrations of existing applications and by promoting new products in new as well as existing customers wherever applicable.

8) Formulate near terms as well as long term business strategy and develop business. Implement business plan to increase our market share.

Functional Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:

1) BE Mechanical /chemical with MBA in Marketing Management

2) Responsible for New account penetration at Eastern region to increase market share by increasing the sales through our products / services /solutions/ Channel Partners

3) Good communication skills (to speck & write)

Technical or ProductKnowledge:

1) Technical knowledge on steel plant process  will be helpful

2) Product knowledge on Filters in Primary metal will be an added advantage.

3) Minimum 5 years experience (with minimum of 3-4 years in steel Mill)

Experience:Minimum of 7 to 15 years.
