Job Description:Designation: COO Job Type: Permanent Location: Jaipur Experience: 10+ years Education qualification: MBBS with MHA / MBA&amp nbsp Should have handled P L duties for a Hospital Job Responsibilities : Strategic Management : Provide leadership to the team to achieve high morale, quality outcomes and positive financial results. Assure cost effectiveness and financial integrity, with emphasis on revenue enhancement, productivity, utilization management and overall profitability. Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies . Develop the Marketing and Brand Strategy of HCG in alignment with business goals and objectives. Institutionalize best people practices within HCG. Patient Care : Communicate key information to all stakeholders of consumer / Patient preferences, marketplace needs, the competitive environment, and progressive patient care practices deployed by market leaders. Expand HCGs outreach activities and referral network to make sure that effective partnerships are formed which will facilitate the development of a comprehensive and geographically dispersed integrated health care system. Business Operations : Provide management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated clinical programs. Provide inputs for the Corporate Committees Councils, wherever required. Lead and direct timely execution of new Hospital projects. Establish keep-up budgetary control and make sure that cost optimization across all functions. Proactively grow HCGs share of market and maximize revenue generation. Make sure that all regulatory compliances related to medical regulations are met at all times. Develop a strong HCG brand. Identify and develop new markets and patient care opportunities. Monitor budgets, forecasts operational plans to make sure that business targets are exceeds and revenue maximization opportunities are capitalized upon. Overseeing strong workforce development through recruitment and retention, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning. People and Team : Establish accountability and ownership of deliverables across all team members. Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve business results. In charge of the management of team personnel which includes performance management and competency building activities. Care Quality Process Improvement : Implement improved processes and management methods to make sure that quality care in provided to patients. Make sure that regulatory compliances and quality accreditations (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals Healthcare Providers NABH) for the respective Centre.
