Sourcing Candidates for our US Clients specifically from bio/Pharma Industry Sourcing, identifying and screening potential job-seekers for contract openings with Clients Project area of Interest, Geographic location in US and Visa types. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region. Taking interviews of prospective job-seekers and educate job-seekers A thorough analysis of job-seekers commitment and background check before Submission. Getting updated resume from job-seekers and formatting according to clients need. Arranging interviews for shortlisted job-seekers and following up on real-time basis till feedback received from Client. Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of job-seekers and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants. Submit qualified job-seekers to open positions / job requirements. Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with clients Hiring manager through Operations Would be in charge of effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
