MMS purchase entry 5.MMS Vs Finance Reconciliation 6.Issue register Maintain (stock Register) 7.Petty Cash Entry in EP 8.Vendor/ Utility bills to be sent to Shared Service 9.Salary Check Confirm 10.Onboarding formalities (Employee code, Biometric, joining docs ) 11.Control Sheet for BTL Marketing exp 12.All Statutory Payments, Working, returns 13.Monthly MIS Check 14.Admin Work (Taxi, Hotel, IT support) 15.Incentive calculation checking 16.Revenue Reco 17.Physical Stock verification with ageing nearing expiry details 18.Placing Purchase order 19.checking of Full n Final workings 20.Fixed asset physical verification 21.Trade licence, shop establishment licence renewal 22.Liaosining with Local Corporations/ Police 23.Vendor Ledger Reconciliation (because most of the vendors are complaining for their outstanding) 24.Vendor payment detail monthly basis as per AX 26.Scrutiny of Trail Balance of their respective center on monthly or Quarterly Basis 27.Checking Employee Performance on weekly basis 28.Total Lead Status update for Center on Daily Basis
